Human Cell Media

Modified version of MCDB 131. This basal medium is composed of essential and nonessential amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, organic compounds and trace elements. It is used for culturing dermal micro vascular endothelial cells when supplemented with CADMEC™ Growth Supplements.

CADMEC™ (Serum-Free, Growth Factor-Free) Medium (Cord Formation Medium) (500 ml)

A proprietary medium especially developed to induce morphological differentiation of CADMEC™ in Attachment Factor Solution coated tissue culture ware in 50% confluent culture. This medium induces CADMEC™ to form cord-like structure in 48 hours. These differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when switched back to CADMEC™ Growth Medium. It is supplemented with defined components to allow angiogenesis studies on the attachment factor coated tissue culture ware without the interference of undefined components in Matrigel.

The growth medium for culturing and propagating dermal fibroblasts. It is fully supplemented with serum, growth factors, and antibiotics, and is ready for use.

Fibroblast Growth Medium Kit contains Basal Medium and Growth Supplements.  complete Fibroblast Growth medium is prepared by adding the Growth Supplements to the Basal Medium.  

This Medium is composed of essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, organic compounds and trace minerals.  MCDB 105 is optimized for long-term growth of human diploid fibroblast-like cells.  This basal medium does not require sodium carbonate for buffer.
